We ship different products through different manufacturers, which means you may receive more than one package. If you open a package and not all of your products have arrived do not worry the rest of the order should arrive soon.
If you your shirt, hat or any product doesn't fit, isn't what you thought, or just doesn't make you 100% happy then we will do everything we can to help!
1) Exchange sizes or different color products
2) Return for a full refund
So long as:
1) The exchange/return is requested within 14 days of your product arriving
2) Products are unworn or have not been used
To get a return/exchange started, send us an email at email@example.com and let us know what you would like to do. From there we will tell you where to send your products back and what the next steps are.
-Due to the nature of the dyeing process employed with Comfort Colors pigment dyed shades, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the garments. We therefore strongly recommend washing these garments only with like-colored garments, as some of the pigment dyes may stain light or white colored garments in the wash cycle.
-Washing the garments in cold water will reduce the possibility of staining.
With us being a brand new company, we are still testing what designs sell best and therefore order in smaller quantities than the big name companies. Because of this sometimes we sell out of a particular size or product faster than expected. The best thing to do is either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see when/if a specific product will be restocked or follow us on Instagram @chuckwatersapparel. We are always posting about restocks and new products.
